Principal completes acquisition of Principal Pnb Asset Management Company in India


(Mumbai, India) – Principal Financial Group announced today the completion of a full share buy-back of PNB’s shares giving Principal full ownership of the Principal Pnb Asset Management Company Private Limited.

In the future, Principal is planning to continue to bring innovation to the Indian market through digital advancements that will help our distribution partners better serve their customers and give customers greater access to manage their investments online.
